We are assembling the first set of public case studies from active and recent verification engagements. Each will document the operating context, the deployed components, member-experience outcomes, completion rates, and the audit/compliance posture delivered for the agency.

What each case study will publish

Same structure, every time.

Every published case study will follow the same eight-section template — so readers can compare engagements directly and procurement teams can map our work to their own evaluation criteria.

1. Engagement context

State agency, program scope, member population, timeline, and procurement vehicle.

2. Operational challenge

The specific verification, outreach, or compliance problem the engagement was scoped to solve.

3. Components deployed

Which of the 20 technology components were used — configured for the engagement’s specific needs.

4. Member experience

How members encountered the platform across channels — outreach response rates and member-reported feedback.

5. Completion metrics

Verification completion rates, time-to-close, escalation volume, and live-agent assist rates.

6. Audit posture

Audit trail coverage, dispute resolution, and compliance-readiness evidence delivered to the agency.

7. Integration footprint

How the platform connected to the state system of record — interfaces used, data exchanged, no disruption to existing systems.

8. Agency outcome statement

Signed outcome statement from the participating agency — what the engagement achieved on the program’s own terms.

We are actively seeking participating agencies for the first published case studies. Engagements selected for case-study participation receive expanded reporting, dedicated drafting support, and the opportunity to co-author the public narrative.
